    For those interested in being a part of the ceremony, we would like to request your participation in the 29th annual IAFF Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial Observance and the Fire Apparatus/ Motorcycle Procession preceding the observance. The 29th annual observance will take place Saturday, September 19th, 2015 at 11:00am in Colorado Springs.

    The 2015 IAFF Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 19, 2015.  Online registration begins June 1, 2015.

    Currently, the IAFF Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial is under construction, and is closed to the public for visitation.  Please check back on this site to for updates regarding the opening of the new Memorial.

    The Colorado Springs Professional Firefighters Local 5 are proud to be the host Local for the IAFF Fallen Firefighter Memorial.

    The mission of the IAFF Fallen Fire Fighter Memorial, which is located in the shadow of Pike’s Peak, is to honor the sacrifice made by IAFF members who serve as professional fire fighters and emergency medical personnel who have given their lives in the line of duty.

    The IAFF will ensure that the ceremony remains an uplifting one for the families, friends and loved ones, and that it celebrates the lives, heroism and accomplishments of our union’s bravest of the brave.
