The Colorado Springs Profesional Fire Fighters Association continues to be active in many ways. Including the continuous efforts in raising money to help fight Muscular Dystrophy, Local 5 has been an integral part of many other community activities.  Headlining the fight against the 200/201 initiative, assisting with the Alex Hoag fun run and participating in the Dress for Success campaign  are just a few of the community outreach programs that we have been involved with.  Along with that, we continue to donate money to the CSFD Summer heat program, CSFD Fire Explorers and the Juvenile Fire Setter program. These programs help show the Local 5 member dedication in helping to create a caring, strong and safe community.
